In the inspection list for the 9th tender by mail published by Keelung Customs on 2026-10-21 (sale date 2026-10-29), the sale conditions of the electric grill and refrigerator lots state that import release must be based on a certificate of conformity from the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI), Ministry of Economic Affairs; the voltage stabilizer lot is sold as-is, and its sale conditions list no collection condition.

For the voltage stabilizer, “the sale conditions list no collection condition” only means that the sale conditions of that lot do not state one; it does not mean that imports of similar household appliances are always exempt from inspection.
